The Problem with Traditional Providers

Traditional providers like Stripe or Qliro keep your original processing fee even if the customer returns the item. This means you lose money twice: once on the sale that did not stick, and again on the fee you will never recover.

Our Solution

We waive our percentage markup on every refund. You only pay a flat EUR 0.25 Network Processing Fee to cover the raw bank and authorization costs.
